At Beauty Phylosophy
1. Can’t make it to your appointment? Please let us know as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance.
2. If you cancel too late, we’ll have to charge the full cost of the treatment.
3. Arriving more than 5 minutes late? We may shorten your treatment time, but the full price still applies.
4. More than 15 minutes late? We may have to cancel your appointment and still charge for the treatment.
5. If we need to cancel an appointment, we’ll also notify you at least 24 hours in advance.
6. These rules do not apply in cases of sickness. Thank you for your understanding! We look forward to welcoming you at Beauty Phylosophy.
